Location: 2521 Bowman St., Innisfil, Ontario

Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, Dayshift, 42.5hrs/week)

Compensation:

• Hourly Wage: $32.00 to $43.50 (based on experience level)


• Signing Bonus: $2500.00 for licensed 310T Journeyperson


• Profit-Sharing Bonuses: Paid quarterly, up to $1500.00


• Training Bonuses: Up to $3,000.00 for Manufacturer and Technician Training


• Annual Wage Increases

Position Responsibilities:

Repairs & Maintenance:

• Conduct and complete safety inspections.


• Perform troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, and PDIs (pre-delivery inspections) on a variety of heavy equipment.


• Diagnose issues with custom niche equipment.


• Conduct repairs efficiently, communicating effectively with the Service Writer and Parts team.


• Perform regular preventative maintenance tasks and inspections.


• Maintain an organized and safe work area and shop tools.

Specialized Equipment: 

Our skilled technicians work on a variety of specialized equipment, including vac trucks, hydro vacs, combo builds, street sweepers, trackless, refuse, and recycling trucks. From preventative maintenance to diagnostics and repairs, you'll be hands-on with it all.

 Position Requirements/Qualifications:

• Truck & Coach Technician (310T).


• 3+ years’ experience as a Licensed Mechanic preferred.


• Valid Driver’s License with a clean abstract.


• Experienced with hydraulic and/or electrical work.
