About the Role

As a Weekend Scheduler, you’ll be the key connector between our caregiving team and the seniors we support. Ensure that all weekend care shifts are fully staffed and running seamlessly. This role requires someone who can stay organized, communicate clearly, and respond quickly when plans change.

This is a part-time position for Saturday and Sunday.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinating caregiver schedules to ensure all client needs are met on weekends


• Matching caregivers with clients based on availability, compatibility, and skill set


• Handling last-minute changes, sick calls, and urgent scheduling needs


• Keeping schedules accurate and up to date in our software system


• Communicating professionally and promptly with caregivers, clients, and families


• Supporting client updates and changes to care plans as needed


• Ensuring every call, email, or message is met with empathy and efficiency


• Collaborating with our care team to keep service seamless and client-focused

What We’re Looking For

• Must have weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday)


• At least 1 year of experience in scheduling (ideally in a healthcare or caregiving setting)


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills


• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure


• Comfortable using scheduling tools and Microsoft Office


• Detail-oriented, reliable, and caring in every interaction
