Location: Greater Hamilton Area & Brantford, ON

Earnings Potential: $75,000–$85,000 annually (Full-Time)
Compensation: Weekly base pay + performance bonuses + company-wide profit share
Schedule: Flexible (no weekends)

Role Overview

As a Home Improvement Representative, you will visit homeowners in the Hamilton and Brantford area, assess home conditions, and recommend personalized solutions. You will receive full training, weekly base pay, and opportunities to earn bonuses and profit share. This is an in-person role — not remote.

Responsibilities

  Conduct in-home assessments with homeowners
