Faris Team Real Estate Brokerage is the #1 real estate team in Canada and is currently seeking a Part-time Stager to join its in-house operations. This is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly expanding team with a vision to transform the real estate industry. We are seeking a Stager to organize, consult and stage both virtually and in-person for our residential listings. How we market and present our listings is what separates us from our competition, and we are looking for team player who is coachable and can learn our processes and techniques quickly. The perfect team member is someone who has industry experience in staging, can manage multiple clients and team members, is highly detail-oriented, has a desire to learn and grow and has high standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct staging appointments and deliver services on time

· Coordinate and work alongside additional departments

· Keep work calendar up-to-date to manage bookings

· Professionally represent Faris Team’s brand when interacting with clients and team members

Key Skills and Experience:

· Staging experience (presentation of portfolio preferred)

· Staging certification or equivalent experience

· Experience managing multiple clients and staging projects

· Proficient with current industry technology

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Driver’s license and ability to travel

Location may vary between our six central offices: Barrie, Orillia, Midland, Collingwood, Innisfil, Alliston
