About the Role

M3 Personnel Group is currently hiring a Homemaker / Cleaner to support an Outreach Services provider assisting individuals living independently in the community.

This role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and organized living environment while the resident is off-site. No personal care duties are required.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with cleaning, housekeeping, or community support experience who enjoy independent work.

Responsibilities

• General residential cleaning


• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors


• Kitchen and bathroom sanitation


• Laundry and linen changes


• Garbage and recycling removal


• Maintaining a hygienic and safe living space


• Following service provider cleaning standards and schedules


• Reporting maintenance or safety concerns

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or homemaker experience preferred


• Ability to work independently and respectfully in a supported living environment


• Strong attention to detail


• Reliable transportation considered an asset

Requirements

• Criminal Record Check (required)


• Standard First Aid & CPR-C (asset)


• Legally eligible to work in Canada

Schedule

• Casual / Part-Time shifts


• Daytime hours preferred


• Flexible scheduling based on service needs
