We have an exciting opportunity for a Homeowner Experience Specialist
to join the Homeowner Care team. Reporting to the Homeowner Care Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a refined, high-touch experience to new homeowners at one of the most significant milestones in their journey – possession. As the primary host of the homeowner walkthrough, the Homeowner Experience Specialist guides clients through their new residence with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail, ensuring a seamless and memorable transition into their home.

This position is ideal for a poised, service-driven professional who thrives in a client-facing environment and takes pride in representing a premier luxury community. The successful candidate understands the expectations of high-end homeowners, communicates with confidence and polish, and creates an experience that reflects the quality of Mission Group.

This position is full-time permanent. Candidates must be available to work 40 hours per week, from 8:30am – 4:30pm and may include occasional weekend shifts.  

What you’ll do: 

• Facilitate the homeowner walkthrough process 


• Ensure units are ready for homeowner inspections and move-ins


• Ensure all the necessary walkthroughs/inspections are completed on deadline dates


• Perform walkthrough inspections with homeowners prior to possession of their new homes


• Carry out key-turnovers to all homeowners  


• Ensure all homeowner walkthrough deficiencies are completed and signed off in advance of homeowners taking possession of their new homes


• Input deficiency data into CRM platform


• Other duties as may be required

What you’ll have:  

• The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, has strong initiative, and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of individuals


• Ability to manage expectations whilst providing a first-class customer care experience


• A good understanding of construction and associated processes is ideal


• Proven capabilities in multi-tasking, problem solving, and prioritizing workloads


• Comfort with technology and learning new systems and platforms


• Passionate about working a fast-paced and dynamic environment


• The ideal candidate has a high level of emotional intelligence and can diffuse stressful situations
