Crew Leader – Landscape Maintenance

At CSL Group Ltd., we’re raising the bar in commercial landscaping. We’re looking for a Red Seal Horticultural Technician or a graduate with a degree in Horticulture or a related field to bring expertise, leadership, and passion to our team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a crew of 2–3 team members, sharing knowledge and technical expertise

• Apply horticultural training to tasks such as pruning, planting, turf management, bed maintenance, and softscape installation

• Identify and meet the maintenance needs of diverse commercial properties

• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and effectively

• Conduct crew training and ensure compliance with safety and best practices

• Build relationships with clients and team members while representing CSL with professionalism

• Adapt to changing weather conditions and jobsite demands with a positive, solutions-focused mindset

What We’re Looking For

• Red Seal Horticultural Technician designation OR a degree in Horticulture/related discipline

• Bilingual – English & French (spoken and written)

• 2+ years landscaping experience plus 1+ year in a leadership role

• Strong communication and coaching abilities

• Physical ability to lift, dig, climb, bend, and work outdoors for extended hours

• A growth mindset with a willingness to continue learning and developing
