Job Description:
1. Warm Customer Welcome: Greet customers upon arrival and ensure a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Seat customers at appropriate tables, considering preferences and group sizes.
2. Golf Enthusiast Expertise: Demonstrate knowledge and passion for golf, engaging with customers about their interests. Assist in explaining simulator features, rules, and any related inquiries.
3. Reservation Management: Efficiently manage reservations and maintain accurate records. Coordinate with customers, providing a seamless transition from arrival to seating.
4. Traffic Monitoring and Seating Optimization: Monitor the flow of traffic within the lounge, adjusting seating arrangements as necessary. Optimize seating to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all customers.
5. Menu Assistance: Provide menus to customers and offer detailed explanations of items. Address customer inquiries about menu options and make recommendations.
6. Coordination with Staff: Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall dining and entertainment experience.
7. Waiting List Management: Manage the waiting list efficiently during peak hours. Provide accurate wait time estimates and keep customers informed.
8. Customer Satisfaction and Conflict Resolution: Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and finding suitable solutions.
9. Station Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized host/hostess station. A\end to spills promptly, clean the area, and place wet floor caution signs.
10. Upselling Initiatives: Promote current memberships to interested customers. Up sell drinks and menu items, including the daily specials.
11. Customer Communication: Check missed calls regularly and return them promptly. Address customer inquiries and provide necessary information.
12. Time Management: Adhere to clocking in and out procedures. Ensure punctuality and efficiency during shifts.
13. Facility Maintenance: Regularly check and restock rest room supplies, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
14. Entertainment Coordination: Monitor major sports game schedules and update customers on relevant events. Select appropriate music genres based on the time of day to enhance the overall atmosphere.
