Job Description - Host / Hostess

Tasks

  • Managing participant check-in.
  • Directing visitors.
  • Distributing badges and documents.
  • Answering visitor questions and providing necessary information.
  • Performing any other tasks required by the position.

    • Advantages

  • Working at large-scale events.
  • Having the flexibility to choose your schedule every week.
  • Part-time mandate, with shifts during the day, evening, night, and/or on weekends.
  • Easily accessible from Place d'Armes metro station.

    • Job requirements

  • At least six months of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in the French language.
  • Comfortable with English (an asset).
  • Dress code requirements: black straight-cut pants, long-sleeved white shirt, closed-toe black shoes, black socks.

    • Desired profile

  • Professional, friendly, dynamic, customer service-oriented, and independent.
  • Capable of working on your feet for the duration of the shift.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Punctuality and reliability are ESSENTIAL!
