We are seeking a highly organized and proactive House Manager to join our clients team!
The House Manager is responsible for the overall management, organization, and smooth day-to-day operations of multiple private residences. This leadership role ensures all homes run efficiently, are well-maintained, and provide a high standard of service and comfort to the Principal and their guests. The position requires flexibility, travel, and a proactive approach to household leadership.
This Role includes:
Household Operations
Oversee daily functioning of multiple residences, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness.
Develop and enforce household systems, schedules, and procedures across properties.
Manage property maintenance, including preventive care and repairs.
Coordinate household security systems and protocols.
Staff & Vendor Management
Hire, train, schedule, and supervise a full-time chef and housekeeper, along with other staff as needed.
Conduct regular staff meetings, performance evaluations, and professional development.
Manage external vendors and service providers, ensuring quality and timely work.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
Financial & Administrative
Manage household budgets, track expenses, and process invoices.
