PURPOSE
The Housekeeping Floor Manager ensures that guestrooms and surrounding public areas are maintained in accordance with Hotel standards and monitors the work of the Room Attendants and Houseperson.

Working Experience
• Minimum 2 years related experience.
Knowledge
• Knowledge of Excel and Word.
Education
• Post Secondary Education required, with previous knowledge of the industry in a supervisory capacity preferred.
• Hospitality Degree/Diploma preferred.
Soft Skills
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn.
Language
• Ability to communicate effectively (written & verbal) in English.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for 8 hours per shift.
• Perform such tasks as: bending, storing, kneeling, carrying, moving and pushing furniture, equipment, and supplies.
