Job Description - HR Associate

What We're looking for from you- If this describes you, we'd love to meet!

  • 2+ years related work experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and with confidence is essential
  • Technically inclined with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Expert organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Self-directed, able to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • High degree of competence, reliability, and judgment demonstrated in all aspects of work
  • Commitment to continuous improvement

Duties:

  • Build and maintain strong and effective working relationships across the organization and within the HR team
  • Provide transactional support to Business Unit leadership for all HR related matters
  • Provide full-cycle recruitment for all office hires
  • Supports the HR Generalist in duties assigned
  • Update, process and maintain HR systems to reflect accurate employee data; and provide data and reports to leadership as requested
  • Coordinate with members of other HR teams to identify organizational and business issues/requirements; and collaborate in multi-disciplinary project work to support effective delivery of HR services to the business
  • Participate and observe in the handling of complaints and/or investigations and consult with other HR team members to ensure the application of consistent practices
