Job Description - HR Business Partner

Our client is looking for an HR Business Partner who is passionate about building strong relationships, driving organizational effectiveness, and enabling employees to thrive. The successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders to understand their objectives, anticipate HR-related needs, and develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support the achievement of business goals. This role requires a high level of collaboration, adaptability, and strategic thinking, as well as a deep understanding of HR best practices and employment law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and programs
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and professional development plans
  • Stay updated on industry trends and employment legislation to ensure compliance and best practices
  • Handle employee exits, including conducting exit interviews and managing the offboarding process
  • Other duties as assigned

The successful HR Business Partner will possess the following:

  • Previous experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering and strategic HR initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs
