The Role

The HR Coordinator provides general human resources support to the HRteam in relation to various HR functions, including but not limited toRecruitment, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Payroll,Compensation and Benefits and HRIS administration

KEYACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsiblefor coordinating, tracking, and entering all temporary field manpower

· Responsiblefor tracking, booking, updating all internal training requirements

· Contactingcandidates to conduct phone interviews, schedule interviews and performreference checks

· Organize,attend, and participate in career fairs

· Assistemployees with common HR/Payroll related queries or directing them to appropriatepersonnel

· Maintainemployee confidentiality and handle sensitive information

· Provideinformation, documents, and relevant forms to employees

· Providereception relief and other administrative tasks as required

WHATYOU BRING:

· Completion of diploma in Human Resource Managementor related field

· Previous experience in payroll, onboarding and recruitmentis considered an asset

· Excellent computer skills with knowledge of MS Word,Excel, PowerPoint

· Strong organization skills with the ability to multitaskand work towards tight and often conflicting deadlines

· Ability to handle direction and guidance frommultiple sources: and the ability to work independently with

minimalsupervision as well as in a team environment

· Experience in the construction industry ispreferred.
