This position entails working in a fast-paced environment within the Employment Consultancy Services Department. We seek a proactive, energetic HR professional who excels in delivering high-quality HR support, particularly in the realm of employment documentation, while prioritizing client satisfaction.
Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities:
* Deliver timely, efficient, and comprehensive service to clients, adhering to response time KPIs.
* Advise clients on documentation content, identify risk areas, and provide commercial advice when appropriate.
* Participate in client-facing meetings via digital platforms and create employment documentation according to company policies and procedures.
* Inform clients about additional services offered by Peninsula and facilitate introductions as needed.
* Actively solicit and encourage client feedback through various methods to enhance and improve the company’s online reputation.
* Record all activities using Salesforce and other systems.
* Continuously update personal knowledge of HR and Employment Law Documentation advice and best practices.
* Manage workload following the company’s policies, procedures, SLAs, and KPIs.
* Build rapport and relationships with clients to enhance the value of services provided.
* Refer to internal training and legal updates to ensure all documentation and advice are legally compliant.
* Take ownership of tasks and cases from start to finish, ensuring high-quality execution.
* Build relationships and rapport with clients, considering the language used and presentation of information.
* Review existing documentation, make corrections, and develop new documentation to meet clients’ evolving needs.
* Assist HRBPs with administrative tasks and documentation creation following their consultation meetings.
* Perform other tasks as deemed necessary by the Management Team.
Education/Experience:
* CHRP/CPHR designation is mandatory.
* A minimum of three (3) years of relevant documentation and policy experience.
* A degree or diploma from an accredited HR education or training program.
