Job Description - HR Coordinator

HR Coordinator – Temporary contract job
(Various Locations Downtown and within Greater Vancouver)
Hourly rate: $28-42

The role:
As a Temporary Contract HR Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance. Typical responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including job postings and coordinating interviews.

  • Providing HR administrative support, including preparing HR documents.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an HR Coordinator or in HR administration.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
