HR Director

Our established client in Calgary is currently seeking an HR Director to join their fast-paced team for a contract role.

As the HR Director, your day to day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:

• Overseeing a team of 8
• Providing support for automation of HR processes
• Providing strong employee relations and talent acquisition
• Participate in senior leadership duties
• Participate in the development of HR strategies
• Ad hoc duties as requested

Advance your career as an HR Director with our client. The successful HR Director will possess the following:

• 10+ years of HR experience with 5+ in a management role
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or related
• Healthcare industry experience
• Extensive labor relations experience
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Available to start immediately
