The Human Resources Generalist is primarily responsible for providing HR services to managers and employees within assigned business units in both the Edmonton and Calgary offices. The HR Generalist develops trusted relationships with clients and provides transactional and advisory HR support, that assists managers and employees, in all areas of HR including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, departures and leaves of absence.
This generalist role will support the development and execution of HR programs and initiatives related to driving employee engagement and will work closely in collaboration with our other HR Generalist to ensure employee engagement efforts are inclusive and reflect the diverse needs of our workforce.
The HR Generalist reports to the Manager, HR Operations.
CPA Alberta has offices in Edmonton and Calgary and provides hybrid Telecommuting opportunities (working from home a maximum of 3 days a week).
