Inspired HR is partnering with a confidential healthcare organization to recruit an HR Generalist supporting operations across Western Canada.

With locations across Canada and continued growth underway, they are seeking an HR professional who thrives in a collaborative, multi-site environment and enjoys partnering closely with leaders to support high-performing teams.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Generalist will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across the region, supporting the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, performance management, accommodations, and HR operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Partner with leaders and employees across Western Canada to provide day-to-day HR support and guidance
Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinic and operational roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding
Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives
Provide coaching and guidance related to performance management, employee relations, and HR best practices
Coordinate and support leave management, accommodations, and return-to-work processes
Collaborate with leaders to support health & safety initiatives and compliance requirements
Assist with HR projects, process improvements, training initiatives, and organizational programs
Promote consistent application of policies, procedures, and employment legislation across the business

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic partnership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.
Salary range: $75,000-$85,000
3–5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally supporting multiple locations or operational teams
Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
Strong understanding of employment standards, human rights, and workplace health & safety legislation
Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment and employee relations
Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
Experience with HRIS systems such as ADP considered an asset
CHRP designation (or in progress) considered an asset
Bilingual English/French is considered a strong asset
