Inspired HR is partnering with a confidential healthcare organization to recruit an HR Manager who will support the successful delivery of people programs, processes, and services across the organization.
This organization is a growing, people-focused healthcare provider with a national footprint and a strong commitment to employee experience, patient care, and operational excellence. With locations across Canada and continued growth underway, they are seeking an HR professional who thrives in a collaborative, multi-site environment and enjoys partnering closely with leaders to support high-performing teams.
Working closely with the HR Director and broader People & Culture team, this role helps operationalize key initiatives, provide day-to-day HR support to leaders and employees, and ensure consistent, efficient, and people-focused HR practices. The HR Manager plays a key role in talent attraction, employee relations, performance processes, and improving the employee experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Execute People Strategy
Translate HR strategy into actionable plans across clinics and teams.
Support change initiatives and foster a positive employee experience.
Ensure consistent implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives.
Partner with Leaders
Lead and support a team of HR Generalists across all clinic locations.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on employee relations, performance, and team development.
Build leadership capability through coaching and practical HR support.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Stability
Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical, administrative, and corporate roles.
Ensure timely hiring, effective onboarding, and strong candidate experience.
Monitor turnover trends, conduct exit interviews, and implement retention strategies.
Employee Relations
Manage employee relations matters including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance concerns.
Apply policies fairly and consistently while ensuring compliance.
Escalate complex or high-risk issues as appropriate.
Performance Management
Support leaders in goal setting, feedback, and development conversations.
Drive consistency and quality in performance management processes.
Promote practices that support employee growth and retention.
Culture & Engagement
Reinforce company values and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Support engagement initiatives and action planning based on employee feedback.
HR Operations Excellence
Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Maintain accurate HR records and systems.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
HR Metrics & Reporting
Track and analyze key HR metrics including hiring, promotions, and turnover.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve workforce stability and performance.
Consistency Across Locations
Ensure standardized HR practices across clinics.
Identify gaps and implement process improvements to enhance consistency and effectiveness.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
CPHR designation (or in progress) is preferred.
Experience
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a generalist or HR business partner role.
Experience supporting multi-site or clinic-based environments is an asset.
Demonstrated experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.
Experience leading or mentoring HR team members is preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong understanding of Canadian employment legislation and HR best practices.
Proven ability to manage employee relations matters with sound judgment and professionalism.
Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze HR metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
