Your responsibilities
- Leading interviews
- Providing and filtering candidates through various sources and platforms
- Directing various administrative duties
- Coming up with and posting job opportunity advertisements
- Sustaining new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations
- Making use of digital recruiting resources
- Formulating internal recommendations
- Knowledge in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- The top candidates have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Practical knowledge of Corporate Recruiting
- Microsoft Excel experience desired
- Strong familiarity with documentation
- Hiring Processes experience
- Proven knowledge of Offer Letters
- Well-founded grasp of contract negotiation
- Command of Background Checks
- Experience with Conduct Interviews
- General familiarity with Engineering Recruiting
- Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
- Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
- You should be highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
