Job Description - HR Recruiter

Notre client très occupé à Montréal recherche actuellement un recruteur pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique dans le cadre d'un contrat.

En tant que recruteur, vos responsabilités quotidiennes dans ce rôle contractuel peuvent inclure, mais ne se limitent pas à :

  • Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de recrutement
  • Assister les managers et les autres départements
  • Créer des annonces de recrutement
  • Trier les CV
  • Maintenir la base de données des dossiers des candidats
  • Encadrer les nouveaux employés
  • Effectuer des tâches ad hoc selon les demandes

    • Our busy client in Montreal is currently seeking a Recruiter to join their dynamic team for a contract opportunity.

    As a Recruiter, your day-to-day responsibilities in this contract role may include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle
  • Assisting managers and other departments
  • Creating job postings
  • Screening resumes
  • Maintaining the candidate records database
  • Coaching new employees
  • Performing ad hoc duties as requested
