Job Description - HR Sales & Marketing Specialist

Position Overview: As the HR Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving our sales initiatives and expanding our online market presence in the HR industry. This role demands a unique blend of HR knowledge, sales acumen, and marketing expertise to propel our growth trajectory. If you are passionate about transforming the HR landscape and possess a strategic mindset with exceptional communication skills, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and social media marketing strategy to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. Prospect and engage with new clients, understanding their HR needs and presenting tailored solutions. Streamline and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our HR services. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Address client concerns, objections, and inquiries with confidence and professionalism. Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Create engaging and shareable content across platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, blog posts and emerging channels. Manage day-to-day social media activities, scheduling, and community engagement. Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adapt strategies to maximize reach and impact. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Communications or a related field Proven track record in HR sales, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of HR services, trends, and industry dynamics. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, analytics tools, and emerging trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creative content creation. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
