Summary

As an HRIS consultant, you will be able to develop your expertise, work among an experienced team by carrying out large-scale projects involving the deployment of the HR Software applications. Your role as a consultant will involve analyzing our client’s needs to configure and implement differents softwares. 

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from functional business owners 


• Participate in client meetings to determine project scope


• Configure HR Software Suites


• Learn best practices in deployment and implementation of softwares


• Participate in customer training workshops


• Assist clients with user acceptance testing 


• Write functional and technical documentation


• Provide software support after implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in an IT related field


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities; 


• Ability to adapt to change; 


• Have an entrepreunarial mindset; 


• Bilingual English & French


• Experience with writing SQL queries and advance knowledge in excel are a plus
