Reporting to the Health and Safety Director, the Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and Training Coordinator will support Xpera’s safety strategy. In this newly created role, the HSE and Training Coordinator will support Xpera’s workplace safety programs through supporting compliance with provincial and federal occupational health and safety regulations and legislations in across Canada.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, solutions-oriented health and safety professional capable of operating independently as well as in a team environment while supporting and championing the delivery of a strong culture of safety across a geographically distributed workforce.
