Purpose
The Human Resources and Safety Coordinator at National Logistics Services (NLS) supports both the Human Resources and Safety teams with daily operations. This role assists with recruitment, onboarding, and all of the Great Place to Work initiatives while also providing guidance and leadership on the facility’s safety initiatives. The Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support across HR processes, employee investigations, and safety programs, helping to promote employee engagement, workplace safety, and continuous improvement.

Salary Range: $50,000–$60,000 a year / The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
