Your Tasks
Support recruitment activities, including maintaining the recruiting platforms and coordinating candidate communications
Provide support for co-op and internship program
Facilitate the new hire process, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and orientation
Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a point of contact between employees and benefits providers
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and company events
Maintain and update the HRIS and employee records
Assist with HR reporting, documentation, and administrative processes
Assist in the development, review, and ongoing updates of company safety manuals and related documentation, and safety compliance websites
Support continuous improvement initiatives within HR processes and practices
Manage Certificates of Insurance (COI), including requesting, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements
Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to solutions both independently and as part of a team

Your Profile:
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administrative, or a related field.
Previous experience in an HR administrative or coordination role is an asset
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Customer focused mindset with a proactive and positive approach
High level of English proficiency required; bilingual in French is an asset
