HVAC Comfort Advisor

For over 20 years, we have been servicing San Diego's residents on their in-home comfort needs by specializing in Heating & Air. We are looking to bring on several HVAC Service and Install technicians to be full-time members of our HVAC Install Department. Our techs work full-time, year-round, and we do not lay off or furlough. Overtime pay available, hourly compensation with bonus incentive included.

The Job:

You’ll engage with homeowners by answering questions related to the operation, features, and functions of HVAC systems, ensuring they fully understand their options. As you present HVAC solutions, you’ll provide detailed explanations of our products and services, helping customers make informed decisions that best meet their needs. While HVAC experience is not required, at least two years of successful sales experience is essential, along with a positive, coachable, and driven attitude. Additionally, flexibility in working hours, including evenings, is a must to accommodate customers' schedules and maximize opportunities.
