Typical Annual Earnings: $75,000+

About the Role

East Coast Water Solutions is expanding and we have an immediate opening for a qualified HVAC Heat Pump Installer to join our growing team. We’re looking for motivated, skilled individuals who take pride in their workmanship and want to help Nova Scotia homeowners enjoy efficient, eco-friendly heating and cooling systems.

This role involves the installation of ducted and ductless heat pump systems in residential homes. You’ll work independently and as part of a supportive, high-performing team dedicated to customer satisfaction and sustainable solutions.

Requirements

  You must live in Nova Scotia to be eligible for this position.

  Valid HVAC certification and experience installing heat pumps (ductless or central).

  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (van or truck preferred).

  Ability to work independently and manage your schedule efficiently.
