The role: Ontario Sales Representative
Our client is Ontario's leader in Ductless, Furnace, Central A/C, & Boiler distribution equipment with 40 years of experience providing our clients the best brands in the market with the latest HVAC systems and solutions.
We are seeking an experienced and well-connected HVAC professional to join the team. As a Sales Representative, your responsibility will be to build relationships with new and existing customers by offering household North American brands as well as have the opportunity to be the only Canadian distributor of 2 major European brands offering elite products. Due to recent government tax rebates, demand is extremely high and sales are very lucrative.
Our client is in a rapid period of growth and this is an exciting time to be joining the team! They have been in business for 4 years and have had significant growth each year; most notably the team has had 60+% growth so far in this calendar year.
Requirements
- Highly experienced HVAC sales professional who has great relationships with licensed contractors in the industry and can be self-managed to success
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC sales
- Natural relationship builder
- Strong hunting skills with a proven track record of results
- Team player who is empathetic by nature with a genuine level of care for their customer
- Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
Compensation
- Competitive and flexible base salary + uncapped commissions
- Base salary range of $90-$120k+ dependent on experience and interview performance
- Uncapped commissions with a first year OTE expectation of $200k+
