HVAC Technician

Responsibilities include:

• Ability to diagnose & repair all brands of commercial RTU’s, MUA’s and Boilers quickly & efficiently.


• Regularly inspect and maintain HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient operation. Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and parts replacement when necessary to keep systems running smoothly.


• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC system, effectively repair or replace faulty components and ensure all systems are functioning correctly.


• Conduct performance tests and inspections to identify any inefficiencies or malfunctions. Adjust settings and calibrate controls to achieve optimal performance and energy efficiency.


• Interact with clients to understand their HVAC needs and address any concerns or questions they may have. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs, maintenance procedures, and system operation.


• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on HVAC systems. Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and safety standards.


• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including service reports, parts used, and time spent on each task.
