Wisedocs is on a mission to make it easy and accessible for any company in the insurance, legal and medical space to understand medical documents quickly using AI (Artificial Intelligence). Every week, we process hundreds of thousands of pages of documents, saving our customers hours and hours of manual processing time, and helping them process medical claims much more quickly.

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Implementation Consultant to join our team. The Implementation Consultant will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a seamless and successful transition onto our platform. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, customer training skills, and exceptional communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be humble, hard-working, and exhibit grit in overcoming challenges. 

Beyond this, you will work cross functionally with the Sales, Customer Success, Operations and Product teams to ensure we are continuously delivering against customer requirements.  

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the claims industry, you understand what a TPA, IME, and Claim means. You have strong industry expertise and understand the role of medical records in the claims lifecycle. You have run implementations for Enterprise customers in the insurance industry and are excited by the opportunity to roll up their sleeves and make an impact in this critical role. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Project Management: 

  • Lead and manage the entire onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely and successful deployment. 
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines. 
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all project milestones are met. 

Customer Training: 

  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions to educate clients on how to effectively use our software. 
  • Create and update training materials, including guides, videos, and FAQs as needed. 

Main Point of Contact: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients throughout the onboarding process. 
  • Handle all client communications, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met. 

Communication and Collaboration: 

  • Facilitate regular status meetings and project updates with clients and internal teams. 
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and technical support teams to ensure a cohesive and positive onboarding experience. 
  • Communicate client feedback and insights to internal teams for continuous improvement. 

Continuous Improvement: 

  • Monitor and evaluate the onboarding process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements. 
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and integrate new strategies to optimize the onboarding experience. 

Qualifications: 

  • Industry experience and education preferred 
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment. 
  • Proven experience in project management and customer onboarding. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. 
  • Technical skills and experience with scoping project requirements are essential. 
  • Proactive, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and solve problems. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Grit and resilience to navigate challenges and persist in achieving goals. 
  • Experience with project management tools and CRM software is a plus.
