About the Role

At the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler our In Room Dining team plays a vital role in creating thoughtful, memorable guest experiences. As a Full Time Seasonal In Room Dining Coordinator, you’ll join a collaborative team that prepares and executes in room dining service with consistency, attention to detail and care. Your role is to coordinate orders from guests and work collectively to deliver a seamless in-room dining experience.

The role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, has a high level of detail and has dedication to serving our guests. You’ll be part of a team that balances high service volume with a strong commitment to execute quality and consistency.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure accurate order taking with full menu knowledge and coordinate delivery of amenities

• Ensure all pick-up charts are aligned with the most recent menu in circulation and ask Chef for any update that shall be required

• Communicate special requests and orders to the kitchen efficiently

• Prepare for small events such as coordinating pre-orders, amenities, beverage requests.
• Update menus and ensure accuracy in IRIS system

• Assist with special admin projects and build reports(e.g., grats, cash tips, schedule changes, amenity sheet edits and maintenance, HotSOS reports and daily records)

• Share and record all guest feedback, pertaining to service, food and all or any other matters related to the Room Service Department.

• Other duties within the In Room Dining and Private Bar departments may be required. 

What you bring:

• Prior experience in Food & Beverage 

• A genuine customer centric mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to opening communicate and work collaboratively

• Strong command of the English language. 

• Valid work authorization for Canada. 

 What to Expect

• Busy service periods requiring focus and attention to detail
• A schedule based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Working in an office with a computer
