Your experience will be invaluable in guiding strategic priorities, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring Proximity continues to support Ontario hospital leaders who aspire to the CEO role. You will help shape decisions that directly impact the development of Ontario hospital leaders, stakeholder trust, and the long-term sustainability of Ontario hospitals.

Position Profile – Aspiring Ontario Hospital CEO:
This position is for an Ontario hospital leader who aspires to lead at the CEO-level in the future. This individual has actively considered their development path and is pursuing acceleration through some or all of: conversation with mentors, assessment of readiness to lead, and deliberate exposure to targeted areas of growth and development.
This individual can provide firsthand perspective about the conditions and challenges of pursuing the CEO role, providing valuable insight to Proximity Institute management on how to support aspiring leaders and build a robust provincial leadership pipeline to hospitals.
