Job description Full-time position | Tillsonburg, ON Titan Trailers requires a Certified Electrician with maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. In this role, you will install, maintain, dismantle, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery and equipment using hoists, lift trucks, hand tools, and power tools. You will work on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime and support safe, efficient production.

Responsibilities
Inspect machinery and complete repairs on electrical and mechanical components.
Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment, buildings, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Move and position unassembled equipment using hoists, dollies, and trucks.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and manuals to determine work procedures.
Assemble and install machinery and equipment according to vendor specifications.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
Repair malfunctioning equipment such as welding equipment, motors, pumps, valves, controls, and other machines.
Identify and correct problems in machines, equipment, or processes to support production.
Perform preventative maintenance on machines and equipment.
Mentor and train team members to support successful task completion.
Follow all safety policies, quality standards, and standard operating procedures.
Complete required paperwork and maintenance documentation.
Requirements
Certified Electrician with maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience moving, assembling, disassembling, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment.
Ability to detect, isolate, and identify irregularities and malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
Ability to fabricate or modify parts during machine setup, maintenance, or overhaul.
Strong knowledge of load‑bearing capabilities of equipment being installed, assembled, or dismantled.
Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, drawings, manuals, and specifications.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Accurate, highly analytical, and detail‑oriented.
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
Work conditions
Travel may be required.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Manual dexterity to safely use power and hand tools.
Frequently noisy working environment.
Own tools required.
Overtime as required.
