Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate Industrial Garment Sewer to join our team and contribute to building a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operates industrial sewing machines in accordance with operational procedures
• Performs quality checks to ensure finished products and processes meet quality standards
• Performs minor maintenance and repairs on sewing machines and equipment
• Prepares sample products as needed
• Assists in separation of knitting bands or product
• Assists in packaging of finished garments, following shipping and handling procedures
• Maintains a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• The ability to construct garments in efficient and effective manner
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
• Physical ability to perform tasks like sitting for long periods, making repetitive motions, handling materials, and bending or twisting.
• Good communication skills for interacting with team members.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the industry as an industrial sewer
• Bonus: Understanding the mechanical aspect of sewing machine operation
