• A proven history of turning influencers and affiliates into revenue machines. You don’t just “manage partnerships” — you know how to own the end-to-end process, from outreach and onboarding to content briefs, campaign execution, and long-term relationship building. 
• A yoda-like ability to make campaigns perform. You’re great at taking influencer-generated content and affiliate promotions and hitting ROAS goals, consistently. And you’re probably obsessed with deadlines, because sloppy timelines cost sales.
• The knowhow to keep content flowing. You’ve overseen the development of briefs, approvals, and final deliverables. You make sure every piece of content aligns with brand goals, gets approved on time, and is ready to convert.
• An optimizer’s mindset. You see onboarding bottlenecks and fix them. You see inefficiencies in workflows and streamline them. You’re always hunting for ways to make influencer and affiliate programs run faster, smoother, and leaner.
• A compliance radar that never switches off. You know the rules — FTC, brand guidelines, supplement regulations — and you make sure creators do too. Nothing slips through the cracks, because one mistake can put the whole campaign at risk.
• The confidence to own budgets and negotiate hard. You’ve managed UGC budgets, stretched dollars further, and negotiated rates that keep campaigns profitable. You know how to balance cost-efficiency with quality — and you don’t fold when the other side pushes back.
• 3+ years of influencer/affiliate marketing experience in eCommerce. Health, wellness, or supplements? Even better. You’ve led programs, delivered measurable ROI, and you can prove it. You’re fluent in the platforms (Shopify Affiliates, Impact, Klear, Grin,, etc.), fluent in analytics (Google Analytics / GA4, Rockerbox), and fluent in data-driven decision-making.
• Leadership chops. Maybe you’ve trained junior marketers, maybe you’ve led cross-functional projects, but you know how to set direction and help others succeed.
• A detective’s eye for revenue leakage. Coupon abuse, friction at checkout, badly timed pop-ups. You spot the problems others miss and fix them before they bleed the business dry.
• An addiction for improving AOV. You don’t just drive clicks; you drive bigger baskets. You know how to upsell, cross-sell, and design checkout experiences that increase average order value.
• A sharp grasp of adtech and attribution. You understand remarketing strategies, UTM tracking, campaign attribution, and how to get a clean read on performance.
• UI/UX awareness. Maybe you’re not a designer, but you know when a page layout helps conversions — and when it kills them.
• Show us a black book full of proven, needle-moving influencers, and don’t be surprised if we swoon a little.
