Pinchin is looking for an accomplished and industry recognized Excess Soil / Infrastructure Business Unit Leader & QPESA to spearhead and grow our Excess Soil services as part of our Regulatory Services & Land Development team. In this, you’ll focus on regulatory compliance for Development and Infrastructure projects across the GTA and Southwestern Ontario. Role Overview
As a Business Unit Leader at Pinchin, you’re a natural relationship builder and will be at the forefront of creating solutions that protect people, enhance building performance, advance infrastructure and strengthen communities. Your work ensures clients receive trusted guidance and sustainable outcomes, directly supporting Pinchin’s mission to build healthier environments.
In this senior role, you’ll drive market growth, forge high-impact client relationships and be a key leadership face for Pinchin’s Excess Soil practice in the GTA and Southwestern Ontario. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders and own the vision and strategy of the excess soil business while overseeing technical delivery to ensure every solution meets the highest standards of quality and compliance. This is your opportunity to lead impactful projects and proactively cultivate new client relationships to drive repeat business and practice visibility.
