L\u2019ing\u00e9nieur de support client avec l\u2019aide de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de succ\u00e8s client fournit le soutien technique \u00e0 nos clients par courriel, t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, conf\u00e9rence web ou sur site et \u00e0 travers des formations techniques en ligne et sur site. La personne doit effectuer plusieurs t\u00e2ches, aimer parler aux clients en personne et \u00e0 distance, \u00eatre un excellent communicateur et pr\u00e9sentateur, pouvoir r\u00e9soudre des probl\u00e8mes avec facilit\u00e9 et aimer \u00eatre en premi\u00e8re ligne avec les clients.\n\n \nFonctions Principales \n\n * Communication: Offrir la formation sur les produits CYME en ligne et sur site (voyagement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 25% du temps)\n * Trouver des solutions: Fournir le soutien technique sur les produits CYME.\n * Connaissances: Guider les clients \u00e0 travers les fonctions, les caract\u00e9ristiques et les avantages des produits et solutions CYME.\n * Perspicacit\u00e9: Analyser les besoins des clients \u00e0 travers le soutien technique, formations techniques, discussion avec les clients, etc., afin d\u2019identifier et de sugg\u00e9rer des am\u00e9liorations pour les produits et solutions CYME.\n * Empathie: Fournir un service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le exceptionnel en cherchant \u00e0 comprendre chaque requ\u00eate client.\n * Travail d\u2019\u00c9quipe : Collaborer avec les coll\u00e8gues et \u00e0 travers diff\u00e9rentes fonctions/groupes pour r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes complexes.\n\n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nQualifications de base\n\n * Baccalaur\u00e9at en g\u00e9nie \u00e9lectrique d\u2019une institution accr\u00e9dit\u00e9e.\n * Membre de l\u0027OIQ ou \u00e9ligible \u00e0 le devenir.\n * Deux ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience professionnelle pertinente ou une ma\u00eetrise en g\u00e9nie \u00e9lectrique.\n * Au moins une ann\u00e9e d\u2019exp\u00e9rience en service client ou toute autre exp\u00e9rience pertinente en communication externe (peut inclure des organisations universitaires, du b\u00e9n\u00e9volat, une exp\u00e9rience professionnelle, etc).\n * Ma\u00eetrise de l\u0027anglais et du fran\u00e7ais. This role is based at our Eaton Americas Innovation Center in Brossard (Qu\u00e9bec) and offers hybrid work opportunities, as well as benefits from day one.\n\nYou are passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and eager to be on the front lines with our clients? This role is for you. The Customer Support Engineer is pivotal in providing unparalleled support and training to our valued CYME customers. This position, together with the customer success team, provides support for our customers through technical support by email, phone, web conference or onsite and through customer training both online and onsite. They should be able to multitask, enjoy speaking to customers in person and virtually, have exceptional communication and presentation skills, be proficient in problem solving and enjoy being on the front line with customers.\n\n \nEssential Responsibilities: \n\u2022 Communication: Provide web-based and onsite training on CYME products and solutions (travel up to 25% of the time) \n\u2022 Troubleshooting: Provide technical support on CYME software products \n\u2022 Knowledge: Guide customers through the functions, features and benefits of the CYME products and solutions. \n\u2022 Insight: Analyze customer needs through technical support, training, discussion with customers, etc. to identify and suggest improvements for CYME products and solutions. \n\u2022 Empathy: Provide excellent customer service by seeking to understand each customer\u2019s issue. \n\u2022 Teamwork: Collaborate with peers and cross functionally to resolve complex problems.\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution.\n * OIQ Membership or eligible to obtain.\n * Two years of relevant professional experience or a master\u0027s degree in electrical engineering.\n * At least one year of experience in customer service or other relevant experience in external communications (may include academic organizations, volunteer work, professional experience, etc.).\n * Fluency in English and French (working proficiency in both languages).
