In-house Legal Counsel (Real Estate)

4-6 years | Vancouver

Our client is a rapidly-growing Vancouver-based real estate company, with properties spread across Canada and the US, and a number of development projects underway. They are now looking for an experienced commercial real estate lawyer to join their dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have at least four years of general commercial real estate experience, including leasing/asset management, real estate finance, development and transactional. The role itself is a truly broad one, touching on any legal problem which may come up. This is a busy position, where common sense, emotional intelligence and a strong client-service ethic are key.
