Job Title: Inside Sales Account Representative 

Hourly Pay Rate: $20.43

Work Location: On site work. ON, St Catharine’s, 80 King St





Basic Qualifications:



Sales Experience:

At least 1-year sales experience primarily outbound sales.

Overall Work Experience:

3 Years Work Experience or 2 Years Work Experience IF a graduate of Sales/Marketing Related Courses.

High School Diploma or equivalent.



Professional Skill Requirements:

1. Knowledge and understanding of advertising.
   
2. Experienced and excellent at building relationships and multi-touch cross/upselling over the course of a relationship.
   
3. Experience working with customers from North America.
   
4. Excellent listening, interpersonal, with a solutions mindset and passion for customer satisfaction.
   
5. Exceptional grammar, typing accuracy, and writing skills.
   
6. Professional sales skills with a strong phone presence solutions mindset and helping nature.
   
7. Proficiency in computer skills.
