Job Description - Inside Sales business development representative - SaaS

Part Time / Full Time

Profile: Our client offers innovative software solutions that help businesses manage their employees more effectively. Our tools assist with tracking work hours, scheduling shifts, managing absences, and handling HR data, ensuring organizations stay organized, comply with labor laws, and enhance productivity. We are seeking enthusiastic Inside Sales Representatives to join our team. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a passion for technology solutions, and a drive to help businesses succeed. Join us and play a key role in transforming workforce management for our clients!

Territory: GTA area

Work Place: 4 days Home office, 1 day office

Products/Services: SAAS

Commissions/Bonus: 10,000$

Functions:

  • High levels of cold calling (leads are provided)
  • Assessing clients needs
  • Qualifying leads
  • Booking face to face appointments for the outside sales representatives
  • New customer acquisition
  • Build strong relationships
  • Consistently grow your pipeline

Requirements:

Development vs Maintenance: 90 %(calling net new prospect inbound leads) vs 10% maintenance

Road vs Office:0% vs 100%

Languages: English must have, French is a plus

Education: Post secondary education or equivalent experience

Training: onsite training

Overnight Travel: N.A.

Years’ of experience:1+ years in a similar role

Other requirements:

  • Comfortable, actually LIKE high levels of cold calling
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Open to learning and taking on other tasks and responsibilities as needed
