We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and is ready to turn inbound opportunities into booked revenue while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do
This is a high-impact, sales-focused role where customer experience meets revenue generation. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from first contact to booked move, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and satisfaction at every step.
You will:
- Convert inbound inquiries (calls, web forms, emails, quote requests) into booked moves
- Conduct discovery and virtual consultations to assess customer needs and recommend solutions
- Execute outbound follow-ups and cold outreach to generate and re-engage leads
- Build detailed move inventories, estimate job size, and ensure accurate pricing
- Independently determine pricing for drops and develop plans for executing moves
- Set up jobs accurately in the system, ensuring contracts and logistics are complete
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the pre- and post-move process
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth execution of booked jobs
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of all sales activities

- High quote-to-booking conversion rates
- Consistently hitting activity and revenue targets
- Minimal lead slippage through proactive follow-ups
- Accurate job setups with strong customer satisfaction
- Strong individual contribution to branch revenue growth
What You Bring
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence in decision-making, especially around pricing and planning
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems, phone, and video sales tools
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
