Inside Sales Representative

We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Edmonton to support our sales teams and manage various administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. With a “Can Do” attitude, this position will assist the Account Managers with all aspects of customer requirements to provide the best total solution unique to each customer’s needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide top notch customer service


• Support Account Managers in meeting customers expectations


• Prepare and process sales orders and/or quotes received from Account Managers and customers


• Research, prospect, and identify solutions to customers challenges

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills 


• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite


• High level attention to detail


• Sales experience

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma


• 2-3 years customer service experience


• Industry related experience, preferred
