Job Description - Inside Sales Representative - Dental Surgical Portfolio

Attaineo Search is an industry-leading, collaborative recruitment consulting firm specializing in Life Sciences recruiting across North America. With 40+ years of Life Sciences industry experience, Attaineo Search partners with global Life Sciences organizations to provide customized recruitment services in direct placement, executive search, and RPO talent acquisition. 

 

We're currently looking for two Inside Sales Representatives to support the dental surgical portfolio for one of our global dental medical devices clients to support their ongoing growth and expansion of their head office based in Fredericton, NB. In this role, you will play an essential part in driving sales growth, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting dental and surgical professionals across Canada. You will be responsible for developing new business, strengthening existing accounts, and consistently achieving monthly and annual sales targets through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dental and surgical clinics to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to promote surgical products and identify new business opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to inbound calls and emails, providing accurate product information, pricing, and order support.
  • Collaborate with field sales teams to support territory growth and maintain consistent client engagement.
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and applications within the surgical portfolio.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities within the CRM.
  • Support marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues, escalating concerns when needed, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular product training to stay informed about new offerings and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account coordination (experience in the dental or medical device industry is a strong asset).
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Health Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a strong customer-service orientation.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to quickly learn technical product information and present solutions confidently to customers.
  • Self-motivated, positive, and a strong team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
