Inside Sales Representative (Open to Recent Graduates)

• Provide technical support and customer service to our customers
• Partner with the Outside Sales team to support existing customers and help identify new business opportunities
• Learn about our products and services and educate customers on their features and benefits
• Process customer orders and maintain accurate order information
• Assist with preparing quotations, bids, and customer correspondence
• Support warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory-related tasks as needed
• Contribute to sales, marketing, and branch initiatives
• Develop your product knowledge and industry expertise through hands-on training and mentorship

• High School Diploma required; post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Construction, or a related field is considered an asset
• Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply
• Previous customer service, retail, warehouse, co-op, internship, or sales experience is an asset but not required
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable learning and using new technology, software, and computer applications
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
• Ability to work in various weather conditions as required

• Base Pay: $23.50 - $25.00 / Hourly. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
