Job Description - Insolvency Marketing and Business Development Representative

Description

An insolvency firm in North York is hiring an Insolvency Marketing and Business Development Representative.

Position Summary: The Insolvency Marketing and Business Development Representative will be responsible for responding to incoming calls from potential new clients that will require selling capability and industry knowledge. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop personal insolvency practice
  • Develop sources of referred work and build company’s presence and brand
  • Plan, design and deliver marketing and advertising plan
  • Build positive working relationship with debtors, referral sources, the Office of the Superintendent (OSB), CRA and local financial and accounting professionals
  • Ensure that our service offerings fit the client’s needs, while selling the benefits of their services and dealing empathetically with the client.
  • Promote a strong working relationship with team members to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Provide prompt response and solutions for the satisfaction of clients by monitoring the queue and tracking inbound calls.
  • Develop, maintain and apply the learned knowledge of our specialized industry
  • Keep team members aware of inbound calls, calls waiting, abandonment rate etc. and encourage them through positive communication and feedback
  • Communicate via email and text to potential clients
  • Achievement of company and team goals.
  • Requirements

    Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Sound judgement and analysis to arrive at recommendations or conclusions
  • Team leadership experience
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team/group, providing professional advice or direction to other employees as necessary
  •  Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills according to unique situations
  • Strong relationship building skills, able to manage multiple relationships
  • Detail oriented, highly organized and strong prioritizing skills
  • Strong work ethics integrity and committed
  • Highly motivated with a desire to be successful, strong desire to motivate others. Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
