The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Insurance Administrator to support daily operations and ensure a seamless client experience.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nepean, Ontario. The successful candidate will play a critical role in policy administration, claims coordination, and client support.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage policy documentation and maintain accurate client records
Assist with claims processing and liaise with clients and insurers
Support clients in understanding their insurance coverage and next steps
Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly
Coordinate renewals, updates, endorsements, and administrative changes
Ensure compliance with documentation standards and internal procedures
Contribute to a positive and professional client experience
