This is a growing office led by an experienced business leader with a strong background in operations, performance management, and team development.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Insurance Administrator to support daily operations and ensure a seamless client experience.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nepean, Ontario. The successful candidate will play a critical role in policy administration, claims coordination, and client support.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in accuracy and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage policy documentation and maintain accurate client records
  • Assist with claims processing and liaise with clients and insurers
  • Support clients in understanding their insurance coverage and next steps
  • Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Coordinate renewals, updates, endorsements, and administrative changes
  • Ensure compliance with documentation standards and internal procedures
  • Contribute to a positive and professional client experience
