Relevant du Chef d’équipe de l’unité d’affaire aérospatiale, vous participerez à la conception des solutions électriques et électroniques intégrant les produits de la compagnie, de compagnies tierces et à ceux des clients. Les produits finaux de notre équipe sont des solutions de tests complètes sur mesure permettant à nos clients de valider et certifier leurs designs matériels et embarqués de systèmes de contrôle. Comme exemples de projets que vous réaliserez notons des bancs pour tester des ordinateurs de contrôle de moteurs thermiques traditionnels, de contrôle de solution 100% électrique ou hybride, système d’air et de dégivrage, système de gestion de batterie, etc. Le tout pour tous types d’appareils, des petits eVTOL et drones aux plus gros transporteurs. 

Nous cherchons une personne passionnée du domaine électrique, électronique et des énergies renouvelables applicable à l’aérospatiale ayant la capacité d’effectuer plusieurs des principales responsabilités suivantes. 

Principales responsabilités : 

Logiciel : 

• Concevoir des solutions électriques et électroniques intégrant les produits existants d’OPAL-RT et de National Instruments en fonction des besoins et des critères des clients. 

• Concevoir des modèles MATLAB/Simulink en fonction des besoins et des critères des clients. 

• Concevoir des modèles VeriStand/LabVIEW en fonction des besoins et des critères des clients. 

• Générer des programmes embarqués sur FPGA. 

Matériel : 

• Élaborer la documentation technique des solutions incluant « Bill of Materials » (B.O.M.) et dessins techniques. 

• Participer aux revues de design.  

• Supporter la production dans l’assemblage de nos designs. 

• Concevoir des circuits électroniques de base. 

Tests : 

• Concevoir et rédiger les procédures de tests d’acceptance pour les solutions développées. 

• Effectuer les tests d’acceptance des solutions développées « Factory acceptance tests » (FAT). 

• Réaliser le déverminage des systèmes et des modèles conçus. 

• Installer et/ou soutenir les systèmes chez les clients dans un contexte mondial. 

Exigences :  

• Scolarité : Baccalauréat en génie électrique ou l’équivalent. 

• 1 à 2 ans d’expérience et connaissance pertinente en : 

Communications RF, systèmes de navigation, en analyse de cahier de spécifications et en estimation de coûts. 

• Connaissances linguistiques : Français obligatoire. La connaissance de l'anglais est un atout pour la lecture de littérature technique disponible uniquement en anglais. 

• Savoir-être : Autonomie, bonne communication interpersonnelle, flexibilité et adaptation, capacité d’analyse, rigueur, détermination, satisfaction du client, souci de la qualité du travail, capacité à travailler en équipe et sens de l’organisation. 

• Minimum 1 jour par semaine au bureau. 

• Voyages : Possibilité de voyager dans le monde entier. 

Connaissances complémentaires (atouts): 

• GNSS, RF, Protocoles de communication (avionique) pour les Avions. 

• Microsoft Visio. 

• IGE-XAO SEE Electrical Expert. 

• NI LabVIEW and NI VeriStand. 

• Connaissances de la technologie FPGA (VIVADO).

Achievements and stimulating challenges: 

Reporting to the Aerospace Business Unit Team Leader, you will participate in the design of electrical and electronic solutions integrating company, third-party and customer products. Our team's end products are complete custom test solutions enabling our customers to validate and certify their hardware and embedded control system designs. Examples of projects include test benches for traditional internal combustion engine control computers, 100% electric or hybrid solution control, air and de-icing systems, battery management systems, etc., for all types of aircraft. All for all types of aircraft, from small eVTOLs and drones to the largest transporters. 

We're looking for someone with a passion for the electrical, electronic and renewable energy fields applicable to aerospace, with the ability to perform many of the following key responsibilities. 

Main responsibilities: 

Software: 

• Design electrical and electronic solutions integrating existing OPAL-RT and National Instruments products according to customer needs and criteria. 

• Design MATLAB/Simulink models according to customer needs and criteria. 

• Design VeriStand/LabVIEW models according to customer needs and criteria. 

• Generate embedded programs on FPGA. 

Hardware : 

• Prepare technical documentation for solutions, including Bill of Materials (B.O.M.) and technical drawings. 

• Participate in design reviews.  

• Support production in assembling our designs. 

• Design basic electronic circuits. 

Testing : 

• Design and write acceptance test procedures for developed solutions. 

• Perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) on developed solutions. 

• Burn-in systems and models. 

• Install and/or support systems at customer sites worldwide. 

Requirements :  

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 

• 1 or 2 years of experience and relevant knowledge in:  
  RF communications, navigation systems, specification analysis and cost estimating. 

• Language skills: French required. Knowledge of English is an asset for reading technical literature available only in English. 

• Personal skills : Autonomy, good interpersonal communication skills, flexibility and adaptability, analytical skills, rigor, determination, customer satisfaction, concern for quality of work, ability to work in a team and organizational skills. 

• Minimum 1 day per week at the office. 

• Travel : Able to travel worldwide. 

Additional knowledge (assets):
