As an Integrator, you will work closely with the Integration Lead, as well as the product team to ensure that changes and improvements are delivered per the requirements. Ultimately, you will ensure that our clients' needs are executed and that their products are functioning as expected. What is most important is that you are committed to working with your colleagues, and you’ll need to demonstrate enthusiasm, motivation, and passion to develop in a fast-paced working environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Setup project instances and promotional campaigns, for Marketplace and Project One, based on client requests


• Partnering and collaborating with internal clients


• Constant awareness of full feature releases across all applicable platforms


• Proactively enter and submit bugs when found throughout Integration


• Follow, execute, and enforce the Integration process


• Communicate changes and updates to clients' products via approved channels


• Work with and communicate with the Integration Lead on a daily basis

What you'll need to be successful:

Must haves:

• Experienced with Jira or other similar project management tools


• Basic knowledge of SEO and its principles


• Having experience working in, or as part of, a service department/team


• Experience with design mockup software (ex: Adobe XD, Figma, etc...)


• Attention to detail


• Experience with Microsoft Office


• Troubleshooting and analytical skills


• Excellent communication skills

Nice to Haves:

• Having worked with online site building platforms such as Wordpress, Shopify, Squarespace, is a plus. 


• Knowledge of CSS and/or HTML, is a plus
